Lying at the base of the Kumaon hills near Kaladhungi ,Camp Corbett is surrounded on three sides by jungle and forest. Only a kilometre from the Corbett Museum , formally the winter home of hunter-conservationist and writer-Jim Corbett, the Resort has 15 furnished rooms with attached bathrooms.
The camp which is set in large rambling grounds of lantana and orchard, is a home and feeding ground for many species of birds and butterflies. Animals from the neighbouring forest are often seen here. Close by, the Boar river enters the Kaladhungi canal and upstream are pools to swim in. Interesting walks can be taken in the jungle and if you are lucky, you may come across tracks of Tiger and Leopard. The Corbett Park National is a short drive away and can be easily visited on a day excursion.
